Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, bonus abuse, and money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and fund forfeiture.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of funds, as set out in Clause 5. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be staked across eligible games before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. |

By creating an account on evo99, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference (the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms).
Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. evo99 will notify registered Members of material changes via the email address associated with their account.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the evo99 platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 or older. evo99 will verify your age as part of the KYC process, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, with all funds frozen pending review.
The evo99 platform is designed for adult entertainment purposes and is directed primarily at users in Indonesia. You are responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. evo99 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on evo99. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds. Accounts sharing the same identity documents, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP address may be investigated for duplicate account violations.
The evo99 platform is for personal entertainment use only. Commercial use, operation of accounts on behalf of third parties, and any form of arbitrage or professional advantage betting strategy deployed at scale are prohibited. evo99 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where non-personal use is identified.
To use the evo99 platform, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information and to update that information promptly if it changes. evo99 reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
Upon registration you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full liability for all such activity.
You must notify evo99 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party or that your credentials have been compromised. evo99 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.
All details provided at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details — must match your official identity documents. Discrepancies identified during KYC review may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities until the matter is resolved to evo99's satisfaction.
Before processing any withdrawal, evo99 requires all Members to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This is a regulatory requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. KYC verification is a one-time process; once approved, your account retains verified status unless your personal details change materially.
The following documents are typically required to complete KYC verification:
evo99 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. During high-volume periods, reviews may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email and in-platform message upon completion.
Members who have not completed KYC verification may deposit and place bets but will not be permitted to withdraw funds. evo99 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any point during the account's lifetime, particularly if suspicious activity is detected or if the account balance exceeds certain thresholds.
All transactions on evo99 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is required or applied. Amounts are displayed and settled in IDR at all times.
evo99 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. evo99 may add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 for bank transfers and major e-wallets. The minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Maximum per-transaction limits apply per payment method as disclosed on the deposit/withdrawal pages. evo99 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence requirements for large transactions at its sole discretion.
Deposits are typically credited instantly for all supported payment methods during banking hours. Withdrawals to BCA and BRI accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Other bank withdrawals may take 1 to 24 hours. Processing times are estimates and not contractual guarantees. evo99 does not guarantee same-day processing during public holidays, system maintenance windows, or periods of unusually high transaction volume.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account held in the same name as the registered evo99 account. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. If active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements are present at the time of a withdrawal request, the bonus funds will be forfeited. evo99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
All bonuses and promotions offered by evo99 are subject to these general terms as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general terms. evo99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.
The evo99 welcome bonus offers a 100% match on a Member's first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rp 20.000.000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 50.000. The welcome bonus is available to new Members only, one per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10× the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount. For example, a deposit of Rp 500.000 with a bonus of Rp 500.000 results in a combined total of Rp 1.000.000, requiring total wagers of Rp 10.000.000 to satisfy the requirement. Contribution rates by game type are as follows:
All bonuses must be wagered within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Member's account. Unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies primarily to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other Members to exploit promotions, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. evo99 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings where abuse is identified, and to close the implicated accounts permanently.
Bets placed on events with odds below 1.5 (decimal) do not count toward the satisfaction of sports betting wagering requirements. evo99 may designate specific markets or events as non-contributing at its discretion.
All bets placed on evo99 are final once confirmed by the platform. Members are responsible for reviewing all bet details — selection, odds, stake, and market — before confirming. evo99 is not liable for bets placed in error by the Member. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, evo99 will use available system records to determine the correct outcome.
evo99 offers markets on a wide range of sports including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, bandar bola (football bookmaking across all major leagues), Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under totals, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulators), and live in-play betting. evo99 reserves the right to suspend, void, or restrict any market at any time without prior notice, including in response to suspicious betting patterns, event postponements, or data feed errors.
Bets may be voided by evo99 in the following circumstances: the event is postponed or abandoned; a data error results in incorrect odds being displayed; the event outcome is subject to ongoing investigation for match-fixing; or a technical error causes bets to be accepted outside the intended parameters. Void bets are settled at the stake amount — the original stake is returned to the Member's balance.
A maximum single-event payout of Rp 500.000.000 applies per Member per event, regardless of the number of bets placed. For accumulator (mix parlay) bets, the maximum payout is Rp 200.000.000 per slip. evo99 reserves the right to apply lower limits to specific markets or in response to account-level risk assessments.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on evo99 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:
All content on the evo99 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, game content, graphics, logos, text, and user interface elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of evo99 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of evo99. Unauthorized use of evo99's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and result in civil and criminal liability.
evo99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected includes identification information provided during registration and KYC, transaction data, gameplay records, communication records, and technical data such as IP addresses and device identifiers. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience. evo99 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

evo99 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with problem gambling, including but not limited to unusually rapid deposit sequences, chat-based expressions of distress, or rapid alternation between deposits and withdrawals. evo99 will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the platform is available and functional at all times. However, evo99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical faults, third-party service outages (including payment processors and data feed providers), or force majeure events.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, evo99's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with the platform and these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
evo99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not evo99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge that all gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the money you wager. evo99 does not provide any guarantee of winnings, return of deposits, or profitability. You gamble at your own risk and are solely responsible for managing your own funds and betting decisions.
evo99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, without prior notice, where evo99 reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; provision of false information; or unusual activity requiring investigation. During suspension, the Member cannot access their account balance or place bets.
evo99 may permanently close an account and forfeit all associated funds where any of the prohibited conduct described in Clause 9 is established to evo99's reasonable satisfaction. In cases involving fraud or money laundering, any balance may be frozen pending law enforcement notification.
You may close your account at any time by contacting evo99 support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe. You may not close an account that has an active responsible gaming self-exclusion in force — the exclusion period must first expire or be served in full.
An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. evo99 may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant accounts as notified to the account's registered email address. Members will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied and given the opportunity to reactivate their account.
evo99 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email and via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulatory requirement, or security considerations.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. Where Indonesian law applies to a Member's specific situation by operation of mandatory consumer protection statutes, those protections are not waived by this clause.
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or the operation of the platform, the Member must first contact evo99's customer support team to initiate the internal dispute resolution process. evo99 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Members are encouraged to retain all relevant communications and records when raising a dispute.
All decisions made by evo99 regarding the settlement of bets, void events, and market outcomes are final and binding on the Member, unless a clear and demonstrable error is established through the dispute resolution process. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the disputed event's settlement date.
These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
